Good workout. Last week's hard sessions (bonking on a 70km then struggling on the 110km Reliability) have really paid off - zipped around this course in record time - last completed on Xmas Eve in 1 hour 29 but today 1hour 23min.Felt great too - legs just powering on and on, plus working on speed up the hills - really blasting up them concentrating on keeping the legs spinning. Meant I reached to tops of these little hills really out of breath, but I think its what made the difference to the time - a whole 6 mins quicker.
