lunchtime blast

pretty cold so kept it brisk!  recovery note 2 - after dropping downwards on Monday I then couldn't exercise on Tues/Wed due to work but today got out at lunchtime and really felt the benefit!  Legs going like electric motors!

38min 31sec for a "standard" route I've done 100s of times - anything under 40mins is fine, with 35 to 32 mins being peak summer performance.
