what will you do in 2013?

This is the traditional time for planning and setting up the next year.  I try to review the previous one - pick out the good bits, and the bad - then see what might be possible in the next year.

Challenges - right in the middle of my own challenge - 200km around Xmas - and I'm struck by how much more I've done just because of it.  Want to do more of this way of training.
