So, just under 4 weeks to what is billed as the big season opener - the Cheshire Cat (March 24th).
3000+ participants setting out from Crewe and heading towards the much heralded and feared Mow Cop climb.
The rest of the route looks fairly flat and unchallenging - I'll be glad to tackle this one hill challenge with fresh legs - usually such climbs are later in a sportive and you can't tell if you would have done it better without the preceeding 50km in you.

If I have time I'll venture out that way and give it a go before the big day just to see if its possible for me to get up it!
