standard routes

I hit upon this idea last summer as a way of monitoring progress.  Have a set of "standard" routes and simply time how long it take for you to get around - not in race mode but in steady pace.

I've got 4 routes all heading out of Shrewsbury:

These are all pretty flat, totally familiar routes that I have done loads of times. And all just right for base training - where I want to be simply putting in the miles, building the capacity for later, more intense training - in the spring...
