Woke up half-dead so decided to not exercise today. The benefits of "listening to your body".
Sunday is a good day to have off - completely off, there have been times when I've scheduled Monday as "rest day" but really Monday is a work day so I've often turned up at the office completely knackered from the weekend's efforts.
And then struggled to recover for the rest of the week.
Truly, its the amount of exercise you can recover from - not the amount you can do - that limits your training.
Have you had times when you've benefited from not exercising?!
