Hill Repeat Training by rideventures at Garmin Connect
Last nights very sucessful hill repeat training session - 3 times up a fairly short hill (350m) recording 10 to 12% most of the way. Really good and fairly easy, with a strong return home afterwards - you know those times when you "hook one up" and it all seems to go so well - legs like pistons, flying along... very much an example of focussed training, really getting those legs strong - feels like I can I can return to high level aerobic training after this with a strong base strength.
